2010 Coach and Player Clinic - March 7th
More than 130 players and 30 coaches attended the coach and player clinic held at Livermore Park on March 7th.
All-American Softball did an outstanding job training our players and coaches on both defensive and offensive aspects of the game. We hope all the players had a fun time at this event!

  2009 Veteran's Day Parade

Many players, coaches, board members, and parents came out to show support for our veterans and the pride and unity of the Folsom Softball Club!  Even Folsom Mayor Steve Miklos came out to say hello to the girls.  See the pictures here

  2009 Fall Skills Clinic
It was a great turn-out for the first Folsom Softball Club skills clinic held on October 18th, 2009.  Coach John Bilbao and his 16U California Grapettes donated their time to put on fun and well run clinic where the girls learned the fundamentals of throwing, catching, and hitting. John's team ended the day with an impressive hitting demonstration.  Check out the pictures here

2009 Summer Celebrity Guest Coach Program
(check out the pictures here)
Coaches from different levels of softball donate their time to work with the girls.  Thanks for your time guys!
So far we have hosted:

St. Francis High School coaching staff
Al has been coaching at St Francis for over 20 years, Kevin for 13 years.  They have had over 50 of their girls go on to play college softball in Division I, II, and III schools such as Notre Dame, Harvard, Texas A&M, Davis, and Sac State.  Julie played college softball and went  on to play in the Sac City championship as a catcher.  She also played for Southern Florida.
The focus of the practice was on base running and bunting, but they helped the girls with many other aspects of the game as well as how to peel a banana (thanks Kevin!).

Coach Erin Pick

Erin pitched in the Division III world series for Salisbury University, has been a pitching coach with the Nike summer clinics, and played softball in Belgium, Holland, and France against, club, city, and Olympic teams.

The focus of the practice was on communication (Think, Talk, Execute).  Erin worked with the Folsom Freedom 12U pitchers to help them with their pitching technique.
