2010 Folsom Softball Club Registration
Fee Information and Breakdown of Costs |

Folsom Girls Softball is open to kids
ages 5-16. The regular season will be from March
1st to May 22nd with all-stars starting after the
regular season. There are many changes to the
program this year. Here are a few:
Reduced Costs
We are reducing the fees by extending
the early registration discount until January 15th
and providing a family discount for siblings (first child pays full price).
Uniforms
We are changing the uniform model to save our
families money. The uniforms will consist of two
jerseys (home/away), a visor, and socks. The
Jerseys are high quality so they can be used from year
to year. If you are familiar with Folsom Rec soccer this
is a similar model.
Umpires
ASA umpires will train our Jr. umpires as well as
actually umpire games for the older divisions.
Non-Resident Fee
The City of Folsom is imposing a $15 non-resident fee to
those that do not live or own property in the city of
Folsom (95630).
Project Livermore
Folsom softball has paid $67,000 towards our $100,000 commitment
to project Livermore Finish. A $10 per player fee is
included to help meet our commitment to the city. We
have two new softball fields at Livermore thanks to this
project.
Refunds
If you find you cannot play after registering we now
offer a refund policy. You will receive a full refund up
to February 14th, and a 50% refund from February 15th to February 28th.
Financial Help
If you need financial assistance or know of someone that
could use help please let us know (email
us here). We have budget to assist
those that need it. If a child wants to play
softball in Folsom cost will not be a barrier.
